Join in-house birding expert Nathaniel Goeckner for an introduction to birdwatching on the Bear Canyon trail on Sunday, July 24, from 9 to 10:30AM.
This walk will cover the foundations of birdwatching such as locating, identifying, and observing birds in the area. During the time together, participants will have the opportunity to learn, ask questions, and explore the trail's different bird species.
This event welcomes all levels of birdwatchers, whether you look for birds every weekend or this will be your first time. Participants are reminded to bring binoculars, appropriate clothing and footwear for trail walking, and water.
This event is limited to 12 participants, so register today via Eventbrite.
